What is your Refund or Exchange Policy?

All items purchased at www.johnpaulhome.com are Final Sale. No Refunds or Exchanges.

Where do you Ship? 

We currently provide Free Shipping with the GTA for orders of $500 and over. For orders outside of the GTA, please contact us at info@johnpaulhome.com

Do your prices include Duties & Taxes?

Yes. All of our prices include customs charges, duties and taxes from Italy to Toronto.  You are responsible for Local Taxes & Shipping. Example: HST or GST. 

What if the product I need is not available on your website? 

All special order inquiries can be sent to us directly at info@johnpaulhome.com

How long will my order take to arrive? 

Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for delivery.  You can call us to confirm if the item is in stock and therefore we can expedite delivery. 

Can I order Online and Pick-Up in Store? 

Yes. Select "Curbside Pick-Up" at check out and once your order is ready, we will contact you. 

What if my order arrives incorrectly? 

Please call us at 416-921-7787 for any issues related to your order.  Our showroom hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
